It is an opportunity of exchanging experience between researchers and stimulating cooperation of the young economists from Poland and abroad.&nbsp;<strong>Rachel Griffith<\/strong>&nbsp;(University of Manchester and Institute for Fiscal Studies) and&nbsp;<strong>Jan Fagerberg<\/strong>&nbsp;(University of Oslo) will be the keynote speakers of this year\u2019s &#8211; 12<sup>th<\/sup>&nbsp;&#8211; edition of WIEM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The results of research conducted in the Institute for Structural Research (IBS) will be presented by:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/ibs.org.pl\/en\/team\/jan-baran\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Jan Baran<\/a><\/strong>&nbsp;&#8211; The Effectiveness of Youth Employment Initiative in Poland<\/li><li><strong>Ewa Cukrowska-Torzewska<\/strong>&nbsp;&#8211; Gender wage gap: does it matter when your firm was set up?
