Little Poland 2020 - a good place to live and invest?

The final report outlining the results of research carried out in the framework of the "Little Poland 2020 - development scenarios and forecasting-simulation tool"

funded by the Human Capital Operational Programme. The main objective

of the project was to assess the development prospects of the Little Poland Voivodeship in 2008-2020.

Publication and research have been prepared under the contract with the Voivodeship's Labour Office in Krakow.

The tool used in the formulation of the assessment was developed for this study application for forcasting/simulation, capable of building long-term scenarios of socioeconomic development in the Little Poland Voivodeship, depending on the changing situation within the region and its surroundings.

Based on the results achieved with the application alternative scenarios of economic development of Little Poland until 2020 were prepared. They state the proposed development directions, which, according to scenarios developed permit the transition of the Little Poland Voivodeship to the higher path of development.
