The result of work on the ElaStan project is the ELASTMOD application. This program is a macroeconomic model for analyzing the impact of public interventions on the local labor market, with particular emphasis on flexible forms of employment. It allows to perform simulations and to answer fundamental questions about the role of flexible employment form for the local economy.
