The aim of the project was to conduct an analysis of companies arising and liquidation dynamic impact on economic growth and competitiveness.
Theoretical and empirical analysis focusing on OECD and UE countries showed to what extent companies already existing at market are more able to undertake investment projects and to what extent they are less able to introduce innovations. A complex survey of the subject literature was prepared and empirical research method was chosen to determine the role of companies' arising and liquidation in economic growth and competitiveness.
