The aim of the study was to evaluate the effectiveness of the implementation of projects under priority axis I and II of the PL-SK Programme. The study covers the implementation of the system from the approval of projects by the MC until the reimbursement of expenses. It focused mainly on assessing the organization and functioning of the system, ie its structure, procedural arrangements and mechanisms and processes that affect the efficiency of implementation.
