The main objective is to create one to the key basis to work on a new generation of Strategy for socio-economic development of Warmia and Masuria Voivodeship. The study will answer the question whether the provisions of the strategy are still valid after about five years, what should be modified or supplemented at the next update of the Strategy and whether the position of the voivodeship in the last five years has changed due to the implementation the Strategy.
