The aim of the expertise was to assess the effectiveness of public administration and regulatory environment in Poland on the basis of internationally recognized indicators of quality of institutions, with particular emphasis on the changes, both in absolute value and in comparison with other countries in the period of 2007-2010. The study was conducted in three areas:
- efficiency of the public administration
- quality of the regulatory environment
- corruption.
