Within the framework of the project macroeconomic analyses of the effects of different methods of using the derogation provided by Article 10c cond. 2003/87/EC were carried out. Analyses were conducted using a DSGE model and presented for six scenarios taking into account path of the price development for the broadcast licenses, a method of reducing the pool of free allowances in 2013-2020 and the way of spending by the state budget revenues from the authorisation.
