The main objectives of the study were reviewing and a real estimation of the adopted in ROP PV target values, taking into account the current status of contracted resources and current socio-economic situation in the region and assessment the current implementation of the Programme and providing MA ROP PV with information (recommendations) on the optimal allocation of resources from the National Implementation Reserve.
