The current level of implementation allows to verify the cost effectiveness of the projects realized within the framework of the 2nd priority of the Integrated Operational Program of Regional Development. The study prepared by the Institute aimed at identifying the factors of significant influence on the level and diversity of individual staff salary according to specific character of the local markets as well as comparative assessment of the salary scale in a project and its influence on realization.
