Evaluation "Human capital in West Pomerania: current activities, risks, needs and directions of development"

The main objective of this study was to assess the level of human capital development in Western Pomerania and the main directions of activities to achieve strategic objectives for the region, through:

- establishment of an independent assessment model including an indicator system that is used to measure the quality of human capital in its various aspects at the level of municipalities / counties;

- identification of the main directions of development  and tools of interventions at the regional level;

- identification of the existing and potential threats to human capital development and proposal of remedial actions to be implemented at the regional level;

- comparison of selected aspects with selected regions in the country and the EU.
