The project aim was to analyse and assess the impact of interventions co-financed from the European Social Funds, within 2004-2006 perspective, on increasing the human resources quality in Poland, to summarize actual effects of the ESF support and to define to what extend the interventions contributed to improve the economy competitiveness.
