This study aims to show the impact of cohesion policy implemented within the Visegrad Group on the EU-15 Member States (a group of countries before enlargement of the EU in 2004) - in particular the net beneficiaries. The study will include the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland and Slovakia. Analysis will cover interventions implemented within all the operational programs in the 2004-2006 programming period, ie in 2004-2009.
