The main objective of the evaluation of the system projects implemented in Sub-measure 7.1.1 and 7.1.2 HCOP was to assess the quality of support provided for them, gaining a comprehensive knowledge of on management and implementation of these projects and to prepare recommendations for improving the quality of the prepared projects and a more efficient system and their efficient implementation in subsequent years of programming.
