The main aim of the project was to promote an approach to the socio-economic policy formulation consistent with the public choice theory and its implications. During its realization a retrospective and on-going analysis of chosen reforms within socio-economic policy were carried out that allowed to answer the questions on the scope of the debate and of the undertaken consultancy essential base. Simultaneously conferences and seminars that main aim was to integrate scientific and media circles, politicians and public administration representatives were carried out.
