Science/technology parks as a support for innovation and knowledge diffusion policy tool

The creation and development of science/technology parks is one of the key components of the pro-innovation policy in Poland. The dynamic growth of public expenditures for creation and development of science/technology parks indicates the need of evaluation of different aspects of their functionality, development problems reconition as well as analysis of the risks connected to such pro-innovative policy. Therefore the main aim of the project was to bring about the above mentioned evaluation.
