The main aim of the project was to evaluate institutional convergence, i.e. among others, personnel and technical potential of public administration in Poland as well as regulatory convergence of Poland to the European Union. Within the report the effectiveness of public administration functioning and level of national law adjustment to "acquis communautaire" was also evaluated.
