The consulting work will lead to construction of a comprehensive, dynamic stochastic general equilibrium (DSGE) model, whcih will be an innovative tool in capturing the linkages between growth, adaptation to a changing climate, and climate change mitigation goals. The model is to constitute the backbone  of the Program’s analytic work. It will link the findings of bottom-up sector analysis into a coherent macroeconomic framework. A prototype user-friendly module will be built in order to broaden the understanding of the modeling work for a non-modeler audience and its application by government policymakers in Macedonia.
